The Real Estate Analyst is an entry-level, hands-on real estate professional who supports the full lifecycle of commercial office, mixed‑use, and multifamily development projects—from acquisition and feasibility through execution, asset management, and disposition. Working closely with Development leadership and cross‑functional partners, this role contributes market research, financial analysis, budgeting, consultant coordination, and project reporting while collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and public stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and team‑oriented, with a foundational understanding of real estate development and finance, strong Excel skills, and a desire to grow within a values‑driven, collaborative organization.
Real Estate Analyst Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and/or financial modeling software
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as architectural design and construction administration or management
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as land acquisition and sourcing
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as feasibility studies
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as financial analysis and budgeting
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as entitlements and zoning
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as project valuation and finance
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as leasing, marketing, and public relations
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as basic knowledge of cost control processes, real estate funding, and project reporting
1-3+ years of experience in key aspects of the commercial investment and development process, such as sustainable building concepts
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or other relevant specialization, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience

Salary and Compensation
Salary Low: USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Salary High: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
Full-time employees are eligible for Health & Welfare Benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, commuter benefits, short and long‑term disability, group life, voluntary whole and term life, accident, critical illness, supplemental LTD, subsidized family care benefit, and employee assistance program.
