
This is a hybrid Real Estate Broker role based in the Greater Chicago Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market analyses, and managing all aspects of real property transactions. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, preparing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The broker will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of Real Property regulations and market trends Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Valid real estate broker’s license for the state of Illinois Previous experience in the real estate market is an advantage
