
Title: Wholesale Account Manager – Bridal
Alyssa Kristin is a modern bridal brand known for clean lines, elevated fabrics, and a strong national wholesale presence. We currently partner with 70+ bridal boutiques and are entering a significant growth phase as we expand our wholesale footprint, introduce additional product tiers, and prepare for upcoming bridal markets.
We are looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to own the organization, coordination, and relationship management of our wholesale accounts and prospective boutiques. This role is critical to supporting growth — especially leading into April Bridal market — and bringing structure, follow-through, and thoughtful communication to our wholesale pipeline.
The Role
This role is focused on owning and supporting our wholesale pipeline through strong organization, consistent follow-up, and thoughtful relationship management. You’ll track leads, manage outreach and onboarding, maintain ongoing boutique touchpoints, and help gather meaningful feedback that informs our product and business decisions. We’re looking for someone who brings structure and follow-through, while also building genuine rapport with our retail partners. Organization comes first, but strong communication and a natural, professional presence will help this person thrive in the role. Key Responsibilities
Own the wholesale pipeline from initial outreach through approval and onboarding Manage timely follow-ups before, during, and after bridal markets Maintain clear visibility into lead status, next steps, and timelines Ensure all conversations and opportunities are actively tracked and progressed Build and maintain a database of current and prospective boutiques, including new targets aligned with upcoming product tiers Refine and improve how leads, accounts, outreach, and follow-ups are tracked Coordinate new account setup once approved Own the first 90 days of new accounts, including 30 / 60 / 90-day sample check-ins Serve as a primary relationship point of contact for wholesale partners Proactively check in with accounts to support performance and gather insights Manage initiatives such as boutique gifting, performance touchpoints, and feedback collection What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in account management, wholesale coordination, or client-facing roles Bridal industry experience preferred, but not required Proficient Excel / Google Sheets skills Highly organized, detail-driven, and reliable Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette Comfortable with light sales conversations and follow-ups without being aggressive or commission-driven Naturally personable and professional — boutiques should enjoy working with you Self-directed and highly accountable; able to manage priorities independently Proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and takes initiative to improve processes Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with shifting priorities Available to attend New York Bridal Fashion Week during the week of April 6–10 (in-person support) Identifies as a high performer and takes pride in delivering consistently strong work Full-time contract position (1099) Remote Consistent daily availability expected during business hours Contract-to-hire potential for the right person Why This Role
