Role Summary: The Wholesale Account Executive will build and maintain strong retail partnerships, drive sales growth, manage order cycles, and execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to increase Kiki de Montparnasse’s market presence and revenue. This role requires a mix of commercial acumen, relationship management, and on-the-ground retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, pitch, and onboard new wholesale accounts (specialty boutiques, high‑end department stores, e‑tailers).

Manage a book of business: maintain regular client communication, forecast demand, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts; manage order placement, invoicing, and credit terms in coordination with operations/finance.

Build and present seasonal line sheets, sell‑in presentations, and assortment recommendations tailored to each account.

Coordinate sample shipments, showroom visits, and trunk shows; represent the brand at market shows and trade events.

Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to develop in‑store displays, co‑op marketing, and promotional plans.

Monitor sell‑through, inventory levels, and returns; provide actionable feedback to product and production teams.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership.

Maintain thorough knowledge of category trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics.

Qualifications:

2–5 years wholesale sales experience in fashion, lingerie, intimates, or luxury apparel—preferably with premium or specialty brands.

Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; experience managing multiple accounts and seasonal calendars.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and order management platforms.

Comfortable traveling domestically and attending market/trade shows.

Professional presence, excellent written and verbal communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Existing relationships with specialty boutiques, department store buyers, or e‑commerce merchants in the U.S.

Knowledge of luxury retail merchandising, visual standards, and brand storytelling.
