We're looking for a driven and highly technical Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced commercial team. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads using cutting-edge tools, AI, and growth hacking techniques. This role requires creativity, persistence, and a growth mindset to scale our lead generation machine across the globe. Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients for Audiomob’s in-game audio advertising solutions. AI-Powered Prospecting:

Use AI tools (e.g. LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Navigator, Dripify) to scale and personalize outbound campaigns. Automation Management:

Build and maintain automated workflows that streamline outreach, email campaigns, and CRM hygiene. Growth Hacking:

Experiment with unconventional strategies (scraping, viral campaigns, performance ads, etc.) to generate and convert impressions into leads. Tool Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and implement new tech to improve lead generation efficiency and accuracy. Data Management:

Maintain organized records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and generate regular reports on lead performance and engagement. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead gen strategies with broader company goals. Administration:

Work closely with Senior Sales Management to generate presentations and proposals for direct clients. Qualifications

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and exposure to automation tools are welcome to apply 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role Experience using platforms such as Dripify and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows Nice-to-haves

You have worked or been an intern for an Ad-tech company You've worked or been an intern at a fast-paced startup You have previously successfully worked in a remote team Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Diversity and inclusion
