Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for property and facility managers, driving new client acquisition and long-term account growth

Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and surrounding states, leveraging your existing book of business and relationships

Conduct site visits, scope projects, and prepare competitive, accurate estimates

Present tailored solutions and professional proposals aligned with client needs

Maintain and grow accounts through proactive communication, upselling, and relationship management

Collaborate with project managers and use CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecasting, and key performance metrics

Proven B2B sales success in commercial painting, construction, or facility services

Existing industry relationships and a strong book of business

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through

Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to travel regionally
