Overview Role focused on coordinating client orders and ensuring alignment among vendors, factories, internal teams, and shipping partners. Acts as a communication hub to keep information flowing clearly between clients, partners, and internal teams, with client-facing support as needed.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming client orders and making sure all the moving parts (vendors, factories, internal teams, shipping partners) are aligned and on track

Acting as a communication hub–keeping information flowing clearly between clients, partners, and internal teams

Stepping in with client-facing support when needed

Supporting the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations and getting comfortable with the full account lifecycle

Growing into managing your own accounts and client relationships over time

Keeping project details organized, accurate, and easy to follow

Making sure projects stay on track from start to finish, and jumping in proactively when something needs attention

What You’ll Be Doing

Comfortable wearing multiple hats–whether it's tackling small tasks or taking the lead on bigger ones
