Senior Associate - Transaction Advisory ($95-110k base)
Overview Our client is a national advisory business consulting firm that assists clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The Senior Associate will work with clients conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
Responsibilities
Review target company financial information and other data to identify historical and projected financial, operating and commercial trends.
Identify qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, and underlying risks that impact valuation negotiations.
Perform pre- and post-acquisition due diligence.
Provide hands‑on analytical support requiring strong technical accounting and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
Certification – CPA, CFA, ABV, CVA.
3+ years relevant experience.
Highly analytical and technical.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Salary range $95,000 to $110,000 plus bonus.
