Position Details Reports to: Order Management Lead On‑site position based in Pinetops, NC. Main stakeholders are both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end‑to‑end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.
Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.
Preparing and analysing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.
Qualifications For The Role
High School diploma and at least 3 years of experience required.
Demonstrated skills in working effectively with people with diverse backgrounds; both inside the plant environment and with external contacts.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft outlook.
Interfaces with and influences management both within and outside the company.
Operates in a fast‑paced environment where critical decisions must be made quickly, and teamwork is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to work effectively with the management group, hourly employees, vendors and with end customers.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
