We’re looking for a First Mate—a confident communicator who enjoys outbound sales, meaningful conversations, and helping people move better. What You’ll Do

Make outbound sales calls to clinics, providers, and warm prospects Manage inbound leads and guide them toward the right Protonics solution Educate customers through clear, confident conversations (no hard selling) Support customers with product questions and onboarding Maintain follow-ups and activity in CRM Build long-term relationships with clinics and users Who This Is For

Comfortable with outbound calling and inside sales Strong communicator who can explain concepts simply and confidently Self‑directed, organized, and accountable Clinical background preferred (PTA, AT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.) but not required Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehab, or performance is a plus Compensation & Structure

Base Pay Equivalent: $35,000–$42,000 annually Incentives: Performance‑based commissions & bonuses Schedule: Flexible, results‑driven Why Protonics
