Overview Job Title: Sales Support, Clinical Specialist VeriSight 3D ICE (Intracardiac Echo) - Los Angeles, CA

The VeriSight Clinical Specialist represents Philips’ VeriSight Pro 3D ICE (Intracardiac Echo Catheter) to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. This role supports a new sales and clinical team to commercialize the VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter, which miniaturizes the same 3D imaging technology used in TEE. VeriSight offers best-in-class 2D and 3D imaging for structural heart and EP procedures.

Your Role

The VeriSight Clinical Specialist is accountable for building, maintaining, and providing outstanding technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education to health care providers (HCP) and allied health professionals (AHP) around the VeriSight platform. They directly partner with the VeriSight Regional & Territory Managers, and coordinate with Philips teams in Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management to align activities with VeriSight business objectives.

In this expanding, entrepreneurial business, demonstrate a hands-on approach with autonomy and initiative. Maintain a solutions-oriented selling and educational mindset, strong clinical aptitude, and outstanding internal and external communication skills while upholding Philips values and a world-class sales culture.

Become an expert on 3D ICE use in multiple clinical procedures. Use consultative education to identify customer needs and opportunities within assigned geographies, in partnership with the Regional & Territory Manager. Support the evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials, registries, and educational events.

Improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, and customer relationships to maximize case support capability through proper planning and scheduling. Drive hospital stakeholder engagement pre/intra/post case to raise VeriSight educational awareness and support, including new program launches and staff training.

You're The Right Fit If

You are a Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS or RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography labs with relevant experience in the IC/EP clinical environment.

You have 2+ years of clinical echocardiography lab experience, experience using Ultrasound consoles (Philips EPIQ), and advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge.

You have a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional work/military experience.

Your skills include:

Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and product portfolios, preferably in structural heart and/or electrophysiology.

Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain with a value proposition.

Professional presence that influences results with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to communicate needs to Field Sales and Marketing.

You are an effective and timely communicator, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a problem-solver who can think critically under pressure, and a dedicated learner.

Travel up to 75% overnight (local, regional, national) sometimes on short notice is required.

You live in or within commuting distance to Los Angeles, CA.

How We Work Together We believe we are better together. For office-based teams, expect in-person work at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are often outside of the main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earnings potential is $154,000 to $190,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower based on individual performance. Target Earnings pay is one component of the Philips Total Rewards package, which includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Additional Information US work authorization is required. The company will not sponsor work visas now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Los Angeles, CA.
