Position Overview Crystal Springs is seeking a full-time, year-round Golf Course Laborer who is highly experienced, dependable, and capable of leading and delegating teams. This role is essential to the daily maintenance and operation of our golf courses and resort equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform daily turf equipment maintenance
Maintain resort shuttle vehicles
Maintain maintenance vehicles
Participate in snow removal operations
Maintain snow removal equipment
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Prior golf course equipment repair and maintenance preferred, but not required
High school diploma required; Trade or Technical School education preferred
Experience and working knowledge of gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, and basic welding
Basic computer skills required
