This position is responsible for preparing all new and renewed loan documentation, changes in terms, UCC maintenance (filing, amending, continuing, terminating), adverse action notices for commercial loans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications
Keen attention to detail Knowledge of loan processing practices, methods and procedures Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software Knowledge of Commercial and Real Estate loan files and documents Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of loan document preparation or loan document experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job. Why Join Us
