
We are seeking a Loan Documentation Lead to perform a variety of functions associated with the origination of new and renewed loans. This position ensures accurate preparation of loan documentation, maintains updates in the loan documentation system as well as timely delivery of documents to lending staff. This position will ensure that loan documentation is accurate, processed efficiently, follows Bridgewater's procedures, and compliant with laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and participate in preparing, reviewing and processing loan documentation of commercial and consumer loans (CRE, Multi-family, C&I, SBA, Consumer Installment/Revolving) ensuring that terms of documents are in accordance with loan approval and following bank policy, lending practices and regulatory statutes. Distributes and Reviews work of staff for internally prepared documentation ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to Lending staff. Administrator of internal documentation system updates and ongoing system maintenance such as review and updating rates and regulatory information. Maintains and monitors procedures and process within the area to maintain consistency. Manages projects that impact the loan documentation and is responsible for effectively communicating changes to affected departments. Actively participate with other Department Team Leads to make processes within areas to function more efficiently. Mentor and train new additions of staff members including ongoing training of existing staff. Responsible for management and development of Loan Documentation Specialists by conducting annual performance reviews and quarterly 5-5-5's. Accountable for identifying training needs and assisting with career development. QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with Laser Pro and nCino preferred. High attention to detail and knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to loan documentation. Bachelor's degree preferred. ABOUT BRIDGEWATER BANK:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $72,700-$90,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
