Compensation:
$32–$34/hour (approximately
$62,400–$66,300 annually )

Client Account Assistant / Legal Billing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Support client billing and account management functions
Assist with billing, analyst, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable processes
Work within a legal electronic billing system (3E)
Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
Maintain high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
Billing, finance, analyst, AR, or AP experience required
Exposure to legal billing systems, particularly 3E, is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and ready to grow within a structured professional environment
