This position is for a back-end asset management analyst who focuses on performance monitoring, due diligence, accounting reconciliation, and reporting of a portfolio of private credit structured transactions. Company Overview

Keystone National Group is an opportunistic, yield-driven private markets investment firm. Keystone’s investments emphasize capital preservation, contractual cash flow and hard asset coverage. The firm’s flagship fund, Keystone Private Income Fund (KPIF), originates and executes senior secured private credit investments across three separate verticals: Financial Assets (FA), Leasing and Corporate (LC), and Real Estate (RE). The FA team is seeking to add an asset management analyst to support performance monitoring, due diligence, accounting reconciliation, and reporting . This position will be based in Dallas, TX and require physical presence in the office in the downtown Dallas area. Position Overview

General tasks will include: Oversee a portfolio of private credit investments in the Financial Assets space, including monitoring and reporting on asset-level performance and corporate finance covenants Perform collateral reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, and existence testing Participate in and assist with follow-on field audits Coordinate portfolio management activities between portfolio companies, deal team, operations, and accounting, including fundings and borrowing base management Conduct ad hoc analysis as required and support senior members of the investment team in the execution of waivers, amendments, extensions, and workouts Candidate Qualities

Strong accounting/finance knowledge plus familiarity with financial statements. Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable working with large sets of financial data. Familiarity with SQL, R, Tableau and Power BI is a definite plus. High integrity and sound judgement. Motivated self-starter. Collaborative approach to problem solving; ability to succeed in a team environment. Well-developed analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

An undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting, PLUS 2-3 years of experience in a LENDER FINANCE asset management or financial analysis role in a bank, commercial or consumer finance company or an asset management firm.
