Overview
The Director of Outlets will take full responsibility of all aspects of Food and Beverage operations at Snake River Sporting Club. The successful team member will have the organizational capability, creativity, flexibility and commitment required to successfully lead the Food and Beverage operation profitably (meeting or exceeding budget) ensuring full implementation of Noble House Hotels & Resorts standards of service and safety and the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Covering nearly 1,000 acres, Snake River Sporting Club includes a world class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf ranked second in the state, an equestrian center, first-rate fishing, and a working ranch, offering a unique combination of amenities and experiences.
In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is also excited to announce a full-service luxury hotel on property, The Sylvan Lodge. Located in the heart of the community, The Sylvan Lodge will feature hotel rooms and condos with unparalleled access to the outdoors, stunning views from a rooftop patio, a 10,000-square-foot in-building wellness center and spa, and all of the services and amenities one would expect from a luxury resort. The Sylvan Lodge offers all the natural beauty of the area while remaining a tranquil retreat, just a stone's throw from Jackson Hole. Responsibilities
General Food & Beverage Division Management
Coordinate the organization and administrative functions in all areas of the F&B Division including Clubhouse, Sylvan Lodge, Ranch Barn, and special dining events.
Ensure that all F&B reports and data are submitted on time to the relevant corporate and hotel offices.
Ensure that staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match business demand.
Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans for the hotel.
Handles all guest complaints expeditiously to complete resolution.
Manage projects and any other reasonable duties as required by hotel management.
Collaborate regularly with Director of Human Resources to maintain and enhance quality performance as measured by mystery shops and evaluations.
Respond with service improvements by developing implementing and monitoring action plans on service.
Oversee F&B candidate selection and staffing.
Oversee staff performance of all F&B colleagues.
Develop middle management through coaching within the F&B Division.
Ensure that the appraisal and succession planning systems and deadlines are utilized and adhered to.
Complete ownership for the ongoing training requirements in the division.
Closely monitors on a daily, weekly and monthly basis the financial performance of all outlets providing solutions to improve problem areas and assisting in implementing corrective measures.
Contributes to the hotel's overall financial performance.
Participates in the preparation of the annual budget and marketing plan, taking ownership for the F&B Division sections.
Maintenance and programming of all F&B Systems.
Participates in public relations activities, sales calls or other promotional activities designed at enhancing the image and profitability of the food and beverage department of the hotel.
Works with Sales and Public Relations to manage the roll out of the annual promotional schedule and to create additional programs or promotions to improve the profitability and image of the food and beverage operation.
Monitors and analyses the competitor operations in order to assess their activities and trends and to ensure that we keep getting better to keep us the best.
Work closely with Director of Maintenance and Facilities to oversee maintenance of all F&B areas as required.
Job Requirements
3-5 years' experience in an advanced or senior leadership position in Food & Beverage in a hotel operation. Private Club experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal with fluency in English. Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of F&B Operations including Restaurant and Bar management, Pool, Banqueting, and In Room Dining.
Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Must possess a high degree of financial acumen and be able to work comprehensively with spreadsheets, forecasts and budgeting packages.
Possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Quality driven with a passion for excellence in guest service and satisfaction.
Approachable, open-minded and fair; must possess the ability to communicate effectively within various levels of colleagues and managers throughout the hotel.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time while on shift.
Experience and expertise in developing and writing training materials.
Must be computer proficient with expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MICROS.
