As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, empowering customers with solutions that improve their quality of life. Consistently train and develop a team to meet both individual and store goals through personal mentorship and development Give 100% to your team and clients every day, ensuring a rewarding, world-class experience Analyze daily data and metrics to make business decisions to drive sales and improve outcomes Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products Assist customers in trying out different products to ensure the perfect fit Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships Oversee all store operations, including inventory and client rotation Change people’s lives two feet at a time
