We’re hiring a
Plumbing Sales & Estimator
to help grow our commercial plumbing business. You’ll identify and build client relationships, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and support projects from bid through close-out. Typical projects range from
$50K to $1.5M
across public and private sectors with
gross profit goals of 20%–50% . Success in this position requires initiative, technical knowledge, and a focus on creating mutually beneficial project outcomes for both clients and the company.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Develop and pursue project opportunities through relationships, networking, and bid invitations Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals that meet profit goals (20%–50%) Collaborate with field and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for scope accuracy Maintain strong vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
5+ years’ experience in plumbing estimating, sales, or project management (commercial/institutional) Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and code compliance Ability to build client trust, read blueprints, and manage multiple bids Strong communication and organization skills Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and standard office tools Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local sites
