We’re hiring an
Account Manager / Inside Sales
professional to support client relationships and policy management within an insurance agency environment. This role focuses on servicing existing accounts, generating new business through inside sales, and delivering a high level of customer care. Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts Handle inbound and outbound client communications related to policies, renewals, and coverage changes Generate new business through inside sales and cross-selling opportunities Prepare quotes, applications, endorsements, and policy documentation Support renewals, remarketing efforts, and retention initiatives Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items Requirements
Experience in insurance account management or inside sales Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Active insurance license or ability to obtain (preferred) Professional, client-facing communication skills Benefits
