We partner with nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, donor engagement, and long-term community support through high-impact, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns. As we continue expanding into new U.S. markets, we are developing future leaders who are ready to learn, perform, and grow into management roles.
What You’ll Do
As a Management & Sales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training while taking on real responsibilities that include: Representing nonprofit partners through in-person marketing and outreach campaigns Engaging with the public through confident communication and relationship-building Delivering campaign messaging clearly, professionally, and persuasively Supporting daily campaign execution, performance tracking, and team goals Learning core leadership skills including coaching, accountability, and team development Developing the experience needed to lead a team and assist with future market expansion What We’re Looking For
This program is built for motivated individuals who are eager to grow quickly in a performance-driven environment. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting face-to-face Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn Interest in leadership, management, and long-term career growth Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent or upcoming graduates encouraged to apply), not required What You’ll Gain
