Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. The Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Primary responsibilities include consulting with clients to recommend appropriate products and services, delivering product training, and managing the sales process from initial contact to final purchase. Other tasks may include representing the company at client meetings and executing effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs Experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and optimize business growth Ability to conduct Training sessions with clients or team members Self-motivated, with excellent time-management and organizational skills Knowledge of athletic or recreational products and markets is an asset
