About The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our USA-based sales team while owning and growing your own portfolio of customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.
You will work closely with our Area Sales Representatives, nurturing existing customer relationships while actively developing new business opportunities. This role is a balanced mix of account management (60%) and new business development (40%), ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and prospecting.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers via phone and email
Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and targeted outreach
This is a phone-based role requiring approximately 4 hours per day on outbound calls, with a target of 50 calls per day
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions from our furniture range
Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process
Set appointments and support Area Sales Representatives with key opportunities
Follow up on quotes and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
Research new markets, growth areas, and decision-makers within target organizations
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on larger or strategic opportunities
Attend meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions as required
Handle inbound customer calls and provide general sales support
Provide administrative cover and assist team members when needed
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally phone-based
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Confidence in outbound prospecting and relationship-building
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize effectively
Professional, approachable, and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
