Administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Catering team to ensure efficient daily operations. Serve as a professional point of contact for client inquiries, phone calls, and internal requests. Assist with proposal preparation, contracts, correspondence, and client follow-up. Support group room block management, including block setup, maintenance, and monitoring of pickup. Assist with coordination of internal meetings, site inspections, sales initiatives, and client visits. Maintain accurate records, files, and sales databases in accordance with brand and hotel standards. Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Uphold Sheraton service standards while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.

Qualifications

1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, sales, or events

Experience or familiarity with group room blocks or hotel reservations systems a plus

Experience with Lightspeed and Marriott CI a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, service-focused attitude

Training will be provided on hotel systems, brand standards, and departmental processes to support success and career growth
