Position: Help Desk Analyst 1

Location: Wilmington, DE (19802) Client: State of Delaware Duration: 12+ Months We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and systems. The ideal candidate will resolve issues, provide hands‑on support, and ensure high‑quality customer service in a team environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide level 1 support for computer software, hardware, and operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems. Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical users. Utilize call‑tracking software to document issues and resolutions. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards. Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS O365 and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Dell hardware. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware.
