To build distribution, rate of sale and brand advocacy for International Beverage’s spirits portfolio across priority US markets. This role blends commercial activation with brand education - working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with distributors, key accounts and trade influencers through trainings, tastings, events and targeted activation plans. Main Responsibilities

Translate national and state market plans into sell‑in/sell‑through activity with distributor teams; co‑own quarterly activation calendars and volume objectives per state/channel. Execute targeted account activation to deliver distribution, visibility and rate‑of‑sale - focusing on priority chain, indie on‑premise and specialty retail. Feed structured market intelligence (pricing, promo, competitor moves) back to Sales & Brand teams. Brand Education & Advocacy Plan and host masterclasses, staff trainings and consumer events; deliver consistent brand stories and perfect‑serve standards. Create and share advocacy content (tastings, serves, social snippets) in line with brand guidelines. Mentor local brand advocates/ambassadors as the network grows. Key Account & Community Building Nurture relationships with influential bartenders, retailers and whisky communities; secure features, placements and menu listings. Support distributor key‑account teams with joint calls, programming and sell‑in decks. Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals. About You

Proven US market field experience (supplier or distributor) in spirits, with hands‑on activation and training delivery. Confident presenter and educator; strong trade networker; comfortable balancing brand building with commercial targets. Understanding of the US three‑tier system, state compliance nuances and how to work effectively through distributors. 2nd stage interviews will take place in person in New York week commencing 2nd March.
