Overview
Our client is looking for a HR Operations/Communications Specialist. This role
will support HR operations, employee communications, onboarding coordination, reporting/metrics, engagement events, and HR program administration across a multi-site environment. On-Site:
3 days/week – Clearwater Compensation:
$70,000-$90,000 + 15% bonus Requirements
2-4+ years HR coordination/HR ops/internal comms/admin support excellent writing/strong Excel ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines comfort working with multi-site stakeholders Nice to have
Intranet/HUB admin HRIS/ERP exposure performance review program administration comp cycle coordination benefits/STD/FMLA/401(k) process exposure Key Responsibilities
1) Communications:
Draft employee comms, maintain HR distribution lists, coordinate site messaging, maintain HUB/portal, intranet/internal social content 2) Onboarding:
Candidate/new hire correspondence, new hire audits, Adaxes adjustments/EBS upkeep 3) HR Ops/Data:
Maintain standardized org charts, separation agreement tracking/follow-up 4) Engagement:
Coordinate site events 5) Analytics : Attrition, MOR, board info, executive-level presentation support for VP HR 6) Backup Admin:
Benefits (STD/FMLA) backup, 401(k) funding backup, ID cards backup, social compliance reports, performance review program admin/comms, employee gifts/retirements/anniversaries
