to join our on‑site team in Andover, MN!

Potential candidates for this position, please be locale to Minnesota and/or Western Wisconsin.
What You’ll Do In this full‑time role, you’ll be hands‑on with:
Creating and modifying architectural plans and construction documents for custom homes, townhomes, and remodeling.
Collaborating with clients and internal teams
Ensuring compliance with local building codes
Reviewing plans throughout the design process to meet project specs and timelines
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting/design tools
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
Ability to read and develop construction documents and detailed blueprints
Great communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in residential architecture is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design, Drafting, or a related field
