We are excited to present a distinguished opportunity for a Digital Media Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, the Digital Media Coordinator will administratively and strategically support the digital media department with assisting in planning, executing, and reporting of paid media programs such as paid social, paid search, mobile geofencing, and paid prospecting email. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Performance Media.
Essential Functions
Work with Digital Success Manager with planning, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns across platforms (search, social media, email, and paid ads).
Work with clients in making sure we receive assets, offers, etc. in a timely manner so that campaigns get updated and launch on time.
Assist the digital success manager in gathering analytics for monthly and mid-month reporting.
Act as a liaison between digital success manager and ad ops teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Assist in coordinating and developing paid media proposals for prospective clients.
Review copy and creatives to ensure that ad ops team have all necessary components to launch the campaign.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
BS/MS degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Entry level position (1-2) years of experience in Digital Marketing
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Firm grasp on various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEMRUSH)
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have a high level of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Must have strong communication skills
Must have the ability to make good decisions based on interpreting data and critical thinking
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Preferred but not required)
Knowledge/Experience with SEO
Knowledge/Experience with Analytics tools
Knowledge/Experience with HubSpot
Knowledge/Experience with Google Analytics (G4)
