Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs.
Job Functions
Assist the marketing team with creating and implementing brand and marketing strategy for the company
Assist with creation and editing a range of corporate marketing and communication materials including brochures, media content, digital ads, and more
Assist with managing the company website and LinkedIn account
Plan trade shows and industry events by coordinating requirements and logistics, developing schedules, and communicating attendee requirements
Track and order promotional materials for company events and customer interactions including inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt, and distributing
Assist with managing the company store and coordinate with vendor partner to restock inventory as needed
Assist with company newsletter content and coordination of content material from employees
Additional responsibilities and tasks as defined by the Marketing team
Supervisory Responsibilities None
Working Conditions and Physical Demands Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimal travel
Education and Experience
Four‑year degree preferred, preferably in marketing, communications, or another related field
Minimum one year of Marketing or event management experience required
Prior experience working with various digital and marketing technology tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress and Salesforce
Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PowerPoint skills are required to be above average
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
Demonstrated proficiency balancing multiple tasks, highly organized and strong attention to detail
Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
