Position
The Investment Strategist will serve as a key member of a Private Advisor team, responsible for shaping and executing investment strategies for high-net-worth clients. This individual will leverage extensive experience to provide thought leadership, portfolio construction guidance, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and alternative investments, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized investment strategies for ultra- and high-net-worth clients. Conduct macroeconomic and market research to inform asset allocation decisions. Evaluate and recommend investment managers and strategies across public and private markets. Lead portfolio construction discussions and oversee implementation of investment plans. Partner with advisors to deliver client presentations and participate in investment committee meetings. Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose adjustments as needed. Stay current on market trends, alternative investments, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, or related roles. Series 7 & 66 required Strong knowledge of asset allocation, manager selection, and alternative investments. Proven ability to synthesize macroeconomic research into actionable investment recommendations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends. Skilled in building diversified portfolios aligned with client objectives. Strong verbal and written skills for client presentations and internal collaboration. Proficient in macroeconomic analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies. Ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth clients. Familiarity with portfolio management systems and financial modeling tools.
