This includes three positions, one each supporting PEO Electronic Systems (AFLCMC/ES2), PEO Cyber and Networks (AFLCMC/HN2), and PEO C3BM (AFLCMC/C32). This position can close at any time. This position is critical for integrating a comprehensive threat model into the design of capabilities to close the air kill-chain. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing the blue system vulnerabilities to inform more resilient design to enable warfighters to achieve mission objectives in the contested battle-space. USAF Weapons School graduates and tactical intelligence analysts are encouraged to apply. PEO C&N SIA: Serves as a Senior Intelligence Analyst supporting the AFLCMC/HNJ portfolio. Position directly integrates threat intelligence into the architecture and lifecycle of the Air Force's advanced Special Access Program (SAP) networks. This is a highly technical, non-supervisory role for an expert who can bridge the gap between the Intelligence Community and the acquisition enterprise. Intelligence expertise should be coupled with a technical foundation in network architecture, cloud computing, Zero Trust principles, supply chain risk management, and vulnerability analysis. Duties include analyzing threat and intelligence supportability, providing expert intelligence advice to the acquisition program managers, and collaborating across the HN intelligence team to identify threat and manage risk. PEO Electronic Systems SIA: Serves as the Chief of Intelligence of AFLCMC/ES2/ESG. This non-supervisory position is responsible for safeguarding the nation's strategic Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR) systems by providing expert, all-source threat intelligence. The Chief of Intelligence will serve as the primary intelligence advisor to program leadership, responsible for analyzing a complex and evolving threat landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong understanding of foreign military capabilities, HF signal propagation, and geospatial intelligence to provide predictive warning against a full spectrum of threats, from electronic jamming and spoofing to direct kinetic attack, ensuring resilience and operational effectiveness while collaborating across the ES2 intelligence team to identify threat and manage risk. In this position you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) providing intelligence oversight, guidance, and planning support to the acquisition life-cycle (Acquisition Intelligence). Plans, directs, and manages the entire effort from identifying the requirement to delivery of a fused intelligence product to the consumer. Supports effective research, development, fielding, employment, sustainment, and improvement of AF capabilities by leading efforts to identify intelligence requirements, resolve/mitigate deficiencies, integrate intelligence, and provide needed intelligence data and infrastructure in a timely and secure manner. U.S. Citizenship - Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. - This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. - The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments - An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is desirable. - Position may be eligible for the DCIPS STEM TLMS. - If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations.
