Neon Canvas is looking for a Social Media Specialist who thrives in strategy, coaching, and content planning. This role is centered around helping our clients succeed on social media by building content calendars, providing trend and platform guidance, supporting execution, and solving common social media roadblocks. This position will also support Neon Canvas’s social media presence, keeping our channels active, aligned with our brand, and reflective of the work we do. This is a hybrid role, and while some work can be done remotely, this position requires being in the office 2–3 days per week to collect and create social media content. Key Responsibilities

Own strategy and execution for Neon Canvas social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Build monthly content calendars, create content, write captions, coordinate creative needs, and publish content Monitor performance and adjust based on results and growth goals Client Social Strategy + Coaching

Create client content calendars and social plans aligned with goals and brand voice Coach clients on trends, Reels/TikTok best practices, hooks, storytelling, and CTAs Lead client meetings and provide ongoing strategic recommendations to improve consistency and content performance Troubleshoot common issues (Meta Business Suite, tagging/geo-tags, account access, linking IG/FB, etc.) Stay current on platform updates, trend shifts, and algorithm changes Partner with account managers to support client deliverables and timelines Contribute to internal resources like templates, trend reports, and training materials Qualifications

Required

2+ years experience in social media strategy/content planning (agency or brand-side) Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form content trends Ability to build calendars and strategy plans that clients can execute Confident communicator who can teach and coach clients effectively Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects Preferred

Experience in dental/orthodontic or elective healthcare marketing Canva and basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Salary Range:
