9-5 Responsibilities: Support marketing and communications efforts for a dynamic architecture and design firm. Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign. Collaborate with project teams to craft compelling narratives and scopes of work. Maintain and update project databases and marketing materials. Utilize graphic design skills to enhance marketing deliverables. Participate in strategic marketing initiatives to support business development. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials under tight deadlines. Coordinate award submissions and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility. Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing content. Collaborate with partners and staff to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture or design industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential. Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and A/E/C industry terminology. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines. Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; photography skills are a plus. Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with teams. Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
