Our client is a leading global entertainment company and is seeking a

Senior Manager, Global Marketing Analytics

to drive data-informed decision-making across U.S. and international theatrical marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead advanced marketing analytics, experimentation, and insight development that shape campaign strategy, creative execution, and media planning. This position partners closely with creative, media, and business stakeholders and is ideal for an experienced marketing analytics professional with deep entertainment industry experience and a passion for storytelling through data.

This is a

6-month W2 contract

(with strong potential for extension or conversion).

40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights that inform strategic marketing decisions across creative, technical, and business teams. Drive complex analyses to evaluate and optimize the performance of global theatrical marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Design, execute, and analyze marketing and media experimentation initiatives across U.S. and international markets. Conduct multi-platform performance deep dives and extract actionable insights from digital creative testing. Synthesize findings from brand lift studies, audience behavior analysis, campaign performance, and regional box office trends to guide marketing strategy. Partner closely with creative teams to provide data-backed recommendations for media rotation across digital and TV platforms. Monitor real-time audience reactions across social, digital, and emerging platforms to identify trends in moviegoing behavior and content engagement. Lead competitive and industry trend analyses to inform tactical decisions and long-term theatrical strategy. Deliver ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and insights that support both immediate campaign needs and long-range planning. Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, helping elevate data literacy and promote insight-led decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical, data-driven environment (e.g., entertainment, digital media, consumer insights, consulting, or related fields). At least 2 years of experience within a

major film studio, streaming platform, or theatrical marketing agency . Proven experience leading marketing analytics and insights projects across U.S. and global markets. Strong background in marketing testing frameworks, campaign effectiveness analysis, and performance optimization. Experience analyzing

secondary research , including brand lift studies, campaign performance data, social, and search metrics. Ability to independently identify key business questions, conduct quantitative analyses, and clearly present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on storytelling through data. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Deep understanding of the TV, streaming, and social media landscape, including both paid and organic performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience with MarTech and AdTech platforms and interpreting brand lift and campaign effectiveness studies. Hands-on experience with audience intelligence and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Affinio/Audiense). Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Experience managing vendors and overseeing insight delivery timelines. Prior exposure to theatrical marketing, box office analytics, or global film release strategies.
