Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a US Brand Manager-Fragrances Velvet Expansion based in Miami. Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for an experienced marketing Brand Manager to lead the Velvet portfolio expansion within the Fragrance category in the US. As a key partner, you will work closely with the US Brand Director and the Global teams based in Milan to ensure the US development and deployment of the strategy. Based in Miami, this position within the US area will support all the 360-marketing activation plans for the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty brand. This role will support the US Brand Director to steer the business on evaluating brand strategies and activate all drivers. Main responsibilities

Business Analysis

Assist in analyzing Velvet fragrance business performance, with a focus on expansion metrics and growth opportunities Support the preparation of weekly and monthly analytic reports, highlighting market expansion progress, gasp, and opportunities by retailer Track and analyze product and rollout performance, generating insights to support expansion strategies launch performance across accounts, generating detailed and insightful reports to support strategic decisions. Campaign and Product Management

Implement, track and ensure flawless execution of all aspects of 360-degree marketing campaigns for product launches (with the exception of Media that will be globally managed). Control and report monthly targets, sell-out and stock levels. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns with a specific focus on below the line. Competitive and Niche Market Analysis

Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to identify new spaces and expansion opportunities within the fragrance category. In line with HQ marketing guidelines, build and execute all marketing plans in order to reach business targets. Create and deliver the operational marketing strategies and campaigns across the area. Track and manage inventory levels, coordinate distribution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Perform price comparisons and support pricing analysis to optimize market positioning. Other important skills

Have a strong point of view on copy, design and creative approach across all mediums. Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended. Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills necessary. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in groups. Relevant marketing and digital marketing experience that has been gained in a creative environment - beauty/fashion experience highly desirable. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management software. At least 4+ years of previous experience in Marketing Management within Luxury Beauty. Experience in the Fragrance luxury industry. Proven experience supporting brand or portfolio expansion initiatives in the US market.
