is seeking a creative, detail-oriented
Digital Media Specialist
to join our Marketing team. This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining our brand across digital and print platforms while supporting marketing initiatives that connect with our members and communities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Media Specialist designs and produces visual, video, and digital content used across our website, social media, email campaigns, branch environments, and internal communications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on creative work, collaboration, and staying current with evolving media trends and tools. What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of related experience in digital media, graphic design, marketing, or a similar field A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or related field OR a relevant certification or degree from an accredited technical college Candidates currently pursuing a related degree or certification, or those with equivalent practical experience, are encouraged to apply Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro X Working knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CMS, email marketing, and digital content updates Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively Creativity paired with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Do
Design and produce print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, annual reports, infographics, and social media graphics Develop and maintain branded assets such as templates, signage, displays, and event materials Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, including motion graphics and animations Maintain and update website content using HubSpot CMS, including landing pages, blogs, graphics, sliders, and rate updates Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and brand standards Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding and content guidelines across all materials Use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities Assist with marketing events, including setup, participation, and takedown as needed
Schedule
