motivated Entry-Level Business Development Associate

Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities across target industries and markets
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sales strategies
Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Support lead generation efforts, including outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals, strategies, and execution plans
Help plan and coordinate trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
preferred but not required
Strong
written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized with
attention to detail
and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Passion for
