Full-time, normal business hours (8 hours/day). Start time 8:30–9:15 AM
About The Role We are seeking a contract Production Designer to support a creative team during a high-volume period. This role is focused on design adaptation and execution ensuring existing creative assets are accurately and efficiently applied across formats while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
What You’ll Do
Adapt existing designs across multiple formats, sizes, and channels
Execute production-ready files while adhering to brand guidelines and specifications
Prepare and finalize assets for handoff across print and digital platforms
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to meet deadlines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all deliverables
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating design adaptation and production work
Excellent attention to detail and precision in execution
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
Experience working within established brand guidelines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working onsite in a hybrid environment

This is a 6–8 week assignment with the potential to extend based on business needs
Role requires onsite presence three days per week; fully remote is not an option
