Identify product gaps and collaborate with product teams to define new features or enhancements. Build personas, journey maps, and value propositions for new market segments. UX Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead UX discovery and mixed-methods research across the full ticketing lifecycle. Build a continuous discovery practice that informs product strategy and roadmap decisions. Analyze behavior across large-scale systems (onsale flows, queueing, inventory, checkout). Translate insights into actionable requirements, prototypes, and strategic recommendations. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and CX to align on customer needs and opportunities. Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and high-performance user experiences. Analysis & Reporting
Track product usage (ticket sales velocity, redemption patterns, scanning throughput) to monitor and optimize performance. Analyze operational data from pilot programs within new verticals and recommend strategic next steps. Deliver reports synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product and go-to-market decisions. Experience
