Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and monitor digital marketing budgets and ad spend.

Support Google Ads efforts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, account structure, and performance tracking.

Assist in maintaining website accuracy through content updates aligned with organizational and marketing priorities.

Conduct SEO audits, monitor search performance, and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Identify and implement opportunities to optimize campaign performance, user experience, and engagement across digital and social channels.

Monitor digital, social media, and healthcare marketing trends, including competitor activity, to guide strategic recommendations.

Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid social campaigns
