About The Role Our Social Media Content Creator will play a pivotal role in ideation and execution of content across our clients’ social channels—leveraging your top‑notch design skills and artistry in filming and editing breakthrough social content. You're not just creating content; you're crafting an experience, crafting bite‑sized pieces of storytelling magic that capture our clients’ essence and ignite our audience's excitement. You are passionate about the life‑changing impact that digital communications can have on the healthcare industry and are unafraid to bring bold, unexpected ideas to your teams. You’ll partner with strategic and creative teams and some of the best social and content experts in the industry. This individual must demonstrate exceptional design and video production skills, with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of platform nuances.
What You'll Do
Film and produce dynamic video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.
Edit content with a sharp, creative eye, ensuring every cut and transition is on‑brand and on‑trend.
Design static and animated content that pushes creative boundaries, adapting brand guidelines for strong social performance.
Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that break the mold and set our channels ablaze with engagement.
Transform creative briefs into visually arresting content that tells a story and conveys our brand’s message in a thumb‑stopping way.
Be an all‑around social media savant, always eager to learn new skills and jump on the latest social media bandwagon.
Craft work that inspires behavioral change across patient, caregiver, healthcare provider and corporate health audiences.
Ensure creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanship.
Ensure visual tone and style are consistent with brand guidelines.
Understand business objectives and audience demographics to be able to successfully land the messaging.
Stay ahead of social media trends, understanding the nuances of each platform and what content performs best where.
What You'll Need
1-3 years’ experience in a social‑first creative role, working across multiple clients.
An interest in the healthcare industry and passion for helping patients make better healthcare decisions.
Portfolio of social forward creative that makes our jaw drop.
Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Able to shoot and quickly produce quick‑turn, user‑generated style and ‘Capcut’ style social content.
Adaptable and able to handle changes in briefs, priorities and edits.
Exceptional communication skills – you can explain your vision as well as you can execute it.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as autonomously with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
