Our Social Media Content Creator will play a pivotal role in ideation and execution of content across clients’ social channels—leveraging top-notch design skills and artistry in filming and editing breakthrough social content. You’ll craft experiences and bite-sized storytelling that capture our clients’ essence and ignite audience excitement. You’re passionate about the impact of digital communications on healthcare and bring bold, unexpected ideas to the team. You’ll partner with strategic and creative teams and social/content experts. This role requires exceptional design and video production skills, with a deep understanding of social platforms. What You'll Do
Film and produce dynamic video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Edit content with a sharp, on-brand, on-trend eye. Design static and animated content, adapting brand guidelines for strong social performance. Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that drive engagement. Transform creative briefs into visually arresting content that tells a story and conveys the brand’s message. Stay current with social media trends and platform nuances. Create work that inspires behavioral change across patient, caregiver, healthcare provider, and corporate health audiences. Ensure top-quality craftsmanship and consistency with brand guidelines. Understand business objectives and audience demographics to land the messaging effectively. Be an all-around social media savant, eager to learn and adapt to new skills. What You'll Need
1-3 years’ experience in a social-first creative role, across multiple clients. Interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for helping patients make better healthcare decisions. Portfolio of social-forward creative work. Expertise in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Ability to shoot and quickly produce quick-turn, user-generated style content (CapCut-style). Adaptable and able to handle changes in briefs and priorities. Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain and execute your vision. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and autonomously with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines. How We’ll Support You
