About The Role Our Social Media Content Creator will play a pivotal role in ideation and execution of content across our clients’ social channels—leveraging design, filming, and editing expertise to craft breakthrough social content. You will create engaging experiences and storytelling pieces that capture our clients’ essence and ignite audience excitement. You should be passionate about the impact of digital communications in healthcare and bring bold, unexpected ideas to the team. You’ll partner with strategic and creative teams and some of the industry’s best social and content experts. This role requires exceptional design and video production skills and a deep understanding of platform nuances.

What You'll Do

Film and produce dynamic video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Edit content with a sharp, creative eye, ensuring cuts and transitions are on-brand and on-trend.

Design static and animated content that pushes creative boundaries and adapts brand guidelines for strong social performance.

Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that drive engagement.

Transform creative briefs into visually arresting content that tells a story and conveys the brand message.

Be a versatile social media professional, eager to learn and adopt new skills and trends.

Craft work that inspires behavioral change across patient, caregiver, healthcare provider, and corporate health audiences.

Ensure creative executions meet high craftsmanship standards.

Maintain visual tone and style consistent with brand guidelines.

Understand business objectives and audience demographics to land the messaging effectively.

Stay ahead of social media trends and the nuances of each platform.

What You'll Need

1-3 years’ experience in a social-first creative role, across multiple clients.

Interest in the healthcare industry and passion for helping patients make better healthcare decisions.

Portfolio of social-forward creative work.

Expertise in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

Ability to shoot and quickly produce quick-turn, user-generated style and CapCut-style content.

Adaptable and able to handle changes in briefs, priorities, and edits.

Exceptional communication skills to explain and execute your vision.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and autonomously with minimal supervision.

Positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package; details apply.

Pay Range: $60,000—$140,000 USD
