Our in-house services include digital advertising, data strategy, direct mail, and call center operations. What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who will support campaigns from concept through execution. This role touches nearly every part of the marketing process and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across channels. In this role you will support campaigns across direct mail, phone, and digital, working closely with account managers, and production teams. Phone & Member Support
This rolewill start in the call center, making outbound calls to association members to renew their memberships or complete fundraising calls for the association’s PAC and/or Foundation. This experience will provide you with a strong understanding of our clients and the value they bring to their members. Support outbound and inbound phone campaigns as needed Help ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for member interactions Direct Mail & Production Support
Assist with preparing direct mail campaigns, including data reviews, file prep, and production coordination Help with proofing letters, envelopes, inserts, and variable data elements Support mail schedules, quantities, and quality checks before launch Assist with mail room operations Digital & Data Support
Assist with tracking and reporting on digital campaigns (Google Ads, display, social, etc.) Pull and organize performance data including impressions, clicks, CPC, conversions, and spend Help maintain simple dashboards and campaign reports for internal and client use Review data for trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities to improve performance Work with account managers to support client campaigns and timelines Learn how digital, phone, and direct mail work together in multi-channel strategies Assist with campaign setup tasks such as QA, link checks, and creative uploads
