Who We Are Looking For We need a broad digital‑marketing expert to lead our growth‑marketing efforts for Brandwoven (not for clients). This is a role for an expert generalist who can excel in all of the following areas—no one deep specialty required:

SEO – Lead SEO efforts to increase domain authority by optimizing content, making technical improvements, and leading link‑building activities. AI‑SEO is a new focus area.

HubSpot – Leverage all capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub, build email templates, multi‑faced campaigns, and automated workflows; support the sales team with research, automations, and configuration.

Paid Media Management – Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft; work with our team to make compelling ads and landing pages.

Reporting – Compile regular reports for company leadership about marketing and sales performance.

Website – Collaborate with development partners on WordPress website improvements and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

Understand our business and growth goals, then develop digital marketing tactics to support those objectives.

Collaborate and communicate insights, strategies, and results to leadership through the lens of their business objectives and priorities.

Review and analyze ongoing performance, recommend and tweak improvements to sales and marketing operations.

Prepare detailed strategy and data‑driven performance reports; ensure analytics and trackers are functioning correctly.

Develop and execute SEO and link‑building strategies.

Collaborate with developers around technical SEO and website maintenance.

Manage the HubSpot account day‑to‑day—refining features, researching, reporting, and ensuring accuracy.

Manage and optimize our limited paid‑media campaigns (Google and LinkedIn).

Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Strategists to define work and break down business goals into specific tasks (Jira tickets) and write official project documentation in Confluence.

Qualifications & Platform Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital marketing.

Strategic mindset with excellent execution skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Google Ads and HubSpot certified (expired credentials are acceptable, we can update).

Ideally also certified in LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Google Analytics.

In–depth knowledge of all major platforms you’ll need to use daily.

Experience building insightful, action‑oriented reports.

Experience making strategic, agile decisions based on data trends.

Agency experience preferred.

Ability and enthusiasm to use basic AI tools to improve efficiency.

Hiring Process Our process generally involves 2–3 rounds of interviews: a phone screening, video calls with the hiring manager, team members or specialists, and CEO. Some applicants may be asked to complete a skill‑based assessment.
