We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Event Producer to join our team in supporting national experiential programs and events for a leading luxury spirits brand. This full-time role is ideal for someone with foundational event coordination experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative agency environment.
The Role The Junior Event Producer will support the planning and execution of national experiential programs and events, assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, production documentation, and on-site execution. Reporting to the Account Supervisor and working closely with an Event Producer, this role plays a key part in delivering seamless, elevated brand experiences. The position also offers opportunities to support additional agency accounts as needed.
What You’ll Do
Support pre-production and execution of national experiential programs
Prepare and maintain event documentation, including run-of-show schedules, contact sheets, guest lists, production grids, and internal trackers
Manage RSVP tracking, invitation lists, and guest communications in partnership with internal and external collaborators
Coordinate shipment, inventory tracking, and on-site setup of event materials, including POS, glassware, signage, credentials, and décor
Manage event inventory and oversee organization and upkeep of the event storage room
Support Senior Managers, Event Producers, and Account Teams with venue research, vendor outreach, budgeting, and timeline management
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and contracts in accordance with agency finance and procurement procedures
Collaborate with security, facilities, creative, communications, and account teams to ensure all event needs are met
Provide administrative support, including planning decks, pre-meeting agendas, calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and note-taking
Participate in on-site event execution, including setup, registration, guest relations, troubleshooting, and breakdown
Travel to event sites for pre-event planning, site visits, and execution
Maintain departmental databases, contact lists, and post-event recap and wrap reports
Support event strategy and execution as directed by senior team members
What You’ll Bring Education and Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in event coordination, event production, or a related field
Experience within luxury spirits, premium consumer brands, hospitality, or experiential marketing preferred
Skills And Abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Must be based in or willing to work from New York City
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required

Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 50%

The Hybrid Work Model
Work Model: IW Group operates on a hybrid schedule, with teams working in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
Work Environment: This role is based in either the New York office and will also involve working on-site at event venues, client locations, and other designated production sites. The Junior Event Producer can expect a dynamic, hands-on environment supporting experiential programs and luxury brand activations.
Work Hours: Due to the nature of event production, project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, particularly during event execution periods.
Travel and Events: This role requires frequent travel to support national experiential programs, including site visits, pre-event planning, and on-site execution. Candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 50% nationally as needed for client events.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform general office and on-site event production tasks, including setup and breakdown.
Must be able to lift and move event materials and supplies as needed.
Vision abilities required include close vision for computer-based work and attention to detail in active event environments.
