The app expresses mental stability, with peers who help you in your life. Role Overview We are hiring Campus Chapter Leads to represent MatchedVows inside fraternities, sororities, and elite campus societies. You will be the face of MatchedVows on campus—driving adoption, organizing social moments, and helping students discover a better way to date and connect. This is a leadership + growth role , not a sales job. Responsibilities Act as MatchedVows’ on-campus leader within fraternities, sororities, and societies by evolving the campus. Personally onboard: Singles Couples Social influencers on campus Coordinate small social moments: Work closely with Marketing team on new posts, & events. Pre-games Date nights Create Events for the campus or House. Ensure balanced participation (men & women) Promote “Taken” status culture (off the dating pool, still in the lifestyle) Collect feedback and insights directly from campus communities Report weekly growth metrics to MatchedVows HQ Who We’re Looking For Active member of: Fraternity Sorority Honors society Business / social club Well-connected and respected on campus Comfortable hosting and introducing people Social, organized, and discreet Monthly stipend or performance-based pay $600 per semester $150-$200 per month. Free MatchedVows premium membership Resume-worthy leadership title Early access to concierge experiences Priority consideration for post-grad roles Exclusive events and brand partnerships When MatchedVows reaches scale, our campus partners are not forgotten. We plan to support participating sorority houses and the Founding founders on campus through: Sponsored wellness or self-care events Generous donation to offer to the Sorority or Fraternity who help build Matchedvows locally. Philanthropy support and fundraising partnerships Leadership development opportunities and paid roles for members Long-term brand partnerships that benefit the house directly
