Job Overview
We are hiring a full-time UX/UI Designer to design and deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences across web and platform products for a multi-brand, consumer-focused organization. This role will own well-defined design initiatives, translating product and business requirements into intuitive, polished solutions while closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders. You’ll help ensure experiences are usable, consistent, on-brand, and thoughtfully crafted.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience designing UX/UI for web or digital products
A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and shipped work
Proficiency in Figma, including component creation, auto layout, shared libraries, and interactive prototyping
Solid UX fundamentals, including user flows, information hierarchy, accessibility, and interaction patterns
Strong communication skills and comfort explaining design rationale and tradeoffs
What You Will Be Doing
Own UX and UI design for well-scoped initiatives from concept through final execution
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and development-ready UI
Collaborate closely with senior designers on complex or ambiguous problems
Clearly articulate design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders

15% Iteration based on feedback, usability considerations, and stakeholder input
10% Design reviews, critiques, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within or contributing to a design system
Prior collaboration with engineers and product partners
Exposure to user research, usability testing, or data-informed design decisions
Experience designing premium, consumer-facing, or brand-driven products
Comfort presenting design work to non-design stakeholders
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO principles
