Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and execute print production and pre-press workflows for athletic displays, signage, framing, and related project requests.

Plan projects, prepare files, proof, coordinate production, and perform quality control to ensure accurate and timely delivery of signage and display materials.

Update and maintain existing graphic displays throughout all athletic facilities, including event-based signage and permanent installations.

Assist with capital project graphics.

Work professionally with coaches, staff members, and outside vendors.

May require some evenings or weekends depending on the event or project.

Demonstrate strong experience in print production, pre-press setup, and output coordination.

About the Athletics Capital Planning and Construction Team The Athletics Capital Planning and Construction team creates championship facilities that promote our brand and tradition. They coordinate master plan development, the planning and execution of capital projects and graphic displays for over 2,000,000 square feet of space and over 100 acres of outdoor space. They also coordinate Athletic Department project cost estimates, prepare the annual capital project and maintenance budget, and coordinate the development of major construction and maintenance projects.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field and 1 year work experience in graphic design or related field, equivalent education/experience considered.

Proficient in Adobe creative suites: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; organized and detail oriented.

Able to lift 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge in large format printing.

Ability to use SketchUp.

Operate standard lifts.

Physical and Other Requirements

Physical: no special requirements.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.

Criminal History Background Check Required: Yes.

Compensation $45,000/yr. minimum
